The Doable Guys Fire Island Erotic Art Show is returning for our 5th year!  We are once again heading back to Reflections in the Pines. Stations will be placed throughout the house for artist’s to set up their work.

The show runs both Saturday AND Sunday.   Artists are welcome to sign up for one or both days of the main event.  (We are also planning a less formal preview day on Friday, which everyone is welcome to join)  

Stations will vary depending on where in the house you are located.  Some will have more wall space than others, but each space should have some sort of table/flat space.  Doable Guys will be arranging artists in a way we feel would suit everyone best, but please let us know if you have any special needs, or wish to be near someone else.  We will do our best to accommodate these requests.

All stations are located indoors. However, weather permitting, artists are welcome to move their stations outside on the back patio on a first come, first serve basis.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Stations cost $100 per day. If you are out for the full weekend, please purchase a spot for both Saturday AND Sunday.

• This is an erotic art show, so ORIGINAL erotic art is definitely encouraged/preferred, but feel free to include a wider variety of your work & merch, as you see fit.  

• Artists will be responsible for their own sales and keep everything they make.  Doable Guys takes no commissions.

• The main show will be Saturday and Sunday from 1-6pm, (however times are subject to slight change as we get closer.)  Artists will be responsible for transporting their artwork and setting up/manning their stations. Artists are welcome to start setting up 2 hours before the start of the show.   All stations are expected to be set up and ready for visitors for the entire length of the show.

• Please no set-ups that would damage the walls or furniture.

• Artists are responsible for their own transportation as well as their lodging, if they plan on staying the full weekend.

• Rooms in the house are currently all spoken for, but if you would like to be put on the waiting list, please let us know.

• Artists will be asked to provide promotional artwork to be used on postcards NO LATER than June 1

• If you can no longer make it, full refunds will be available through JUNE 1, 50% refund from Jun 1 - Jul 1. NO REFUNDS after July 1.
